Masalas

Any Indian dish is incomplete without masala. At Symega, we cater to all the masala wish lists. With masalas that range from sambar masala to meat masala, each masala has specific purpose and is unique to that particular dish.

In earlier times, an Indian curry dish was made by grounding all the spices and flavour ingredients together to form a mixture which was then later added while cooking. This has now been simplified to a readymade masala.
