Details :

• Cyclo instruments manufactures master setting rings in the range of 6 to 400 mm & plain gonogo ring gauges in the range of 6 to 250 mm. blank design for both the types is as per i.s.3485-1983.
• Manufacturing tolerance for master setting rings is as per i.s.3485-1983 & that for plain gonogo rings are as per i.s.3455-1971.
• Master setting rings are used to set internal diameter setting instruments such as, dial bore gauges; 3 point internal micrometers and dia-test plugs.
• Plain gonogo rings are plain limit gauges for checking shafts.
• Made from prime quality alloy steel; these rings are stabilized by subzero process @ -80^oc; in a specially designed low temperature test chamber to arrest the dimensional growth.
• Calibration of these rings is done on carl ziess make horizontal metro scope; accuracy of which is traceable to national standards of length through NPL.
• Individual gauge is supplied with calibration report.
