Matta Rice

We make available Matta Rice which is reckoned for its high nutritional value & taste. Kerala Matta Rice is grown in the dense black cotton soil in parts of Kerala and Karnataka. The yellowish red grains of this rice possess their own unique flavor and taste. The fragrant, fine and tasteful red rice includes a nutty flavor, along with a higher nutritional value, as a result of keeping the germ of the rice intact. This rice contains antioxidants to counteract free radicals in the blood vessels and is also rich in Vitamin B6. This rice is available in many varieties such as raw rice, boiled rice and double boiled rice. We also process Karnataka origin, JOTHI Variety, which is also a Fast Moving Matta Rice Variety.
