Maximum Demand Controller gives an alarm when demand approaches a preset value and also switches off non-essential loads in a logical sequence. This predictive Maximum Demand Controller (MDC) allows stage wise load restoration to maximize the use of a sanctioned load. Maximum Demand Controller is most suitable for the demand control of industrial consumers, HT consumers and commercial establishments.

Two modes of programming
- Configuration Mode - user can program Maximum Demand Controller for contract demand, DIP, demand unit and basis of MD calculation.
- Setup Mode - user can set priority wise trip load value setting, allowed demand limit setting (TOU) and time setting in Maximum Demand Controller.
Control Outputs for alarm and trip applications âï¿½ï¿½ it provides 4 control outputs, in the form of potential free contacts
