MCR (Micro Concrete) Product Detail:

"MY MIX - MCR (Microconcrete)" is cementitious, non -shrink, flowable, high strength micro-concrete for structural repair with high precision concrete. It is recommended thickness is up to 40mm to 100mm. It is suitable for various structural strengthening measures such as encasement buildups, jacketing etc.

• Excellent resistance to moisture ingress

• Ensure leak proof shuttering before starting work
• Add 4 to 4.5 liters of water for 25 kg of MCR. The approx. ratio of 16% to 18% by weiht
• If concrete thickness is more than 100mm, Mix 5 to 10mm pre‐washed coarse aggregate
• Do not use vibrators, avoid vibration for 2‐3 hours after pouring MCR

• 25 kg bag and Project packing of 40 kg bag is available on demand

• Factory sealed bags are best before 12 months from the date of manufacturing in unopened condition stored in dry area.
