We offer meat masala. Meat masala is spice mix which is used to marinate various type of meat and mutton. The dry masala powder can be rubbed onto pieces of meat. It can also be combined with oil to make a paste. This coats the meat more easily. The coated meat pieces are left to marinate for at least 20 minutes though two hours give best results. The meat pieces are then cooked making a very tasty dish.
