    Ingredients : Coriander, Popy seed, Chilli, Cumin, Black Pepper, Cardamom Black, Cassia Leaf, Clove , Salt, Turmeric, Garlic, Fennel Seed, Mint Leaf, Dry Fenugreek Leaf ( Kasuri Methi ), Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Mace, Anistar, Mustard, Dry Gingerand Bengal Gram.
    Available in pack pouch size: 15g, 50g, 100g

    Recipe : To took 500 gms. meat, grind 2 onions to fine paste, Mix with 1 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste. Add salt ans 4 teaspoon strained curd. Marinate clean and cut meat pieces with the mixture keep for 2 hrs. Heat 4 teaspoon oil. Fry 2 Sliced onions, till crisp. Add marinated meat 3 teaspoon
    SHYAM Meat Masala. Stir for mine. Add 2 cups water. Pressure cook for 10 mins.
