Our hose making machine is making continuous stainless steel corrugated hose from s s strips. The hoses are made much flexible and are suitable for export as gas hoses. The machine is of unique design and makes final flexible product in a single line which consists of a de-coiler, a tube forming and welding stage, caterpillar or tube puller, three mechanical forming stages and a final stage called calibrator.All the machines are made to run synchronized using an electronic control panel supported by sensors.
The output production is about six times of a hydro- corrugator and the time taken for conversion from strip to final flexible hose is about one minute. The production rate varies from 300 meters to 500 meters per shift.
