Mechanical Plate Rolling Machine

Components :

• Comprises of working parts and two drive system parts
• Working parts consists
  • Right and left bearing plate
  • One upper roll
  • Two down rolls (material of rolls is EN8 / Forge Steel / Steamer Shaft.)
  • Lifting screw

• Pressing of top roll is driven through fine threaded screw equipped at both ends of TOP-roll by Tommy bar (provided with machine)
• Down rolls causes upper rolls to rotate
• Upper rolls can be adjusted up and down by rotating screw equipped at both the ends
• Drive system consists of main motor, main speed reducer gearbox and other accessory parts.
• Down rolls are driven through the main motor and main speed reducer gear
• Main speed reducer spindle drive two down rolls by one group gears
• Direction can be adjusted by the main motor
• Device that is unloaded is used to bend the circle type for removing the work piece
• Unloading of the upper rolls for moving till the limit position
• Balance device on upper rolls ends strikes upper rolls for removing the work pie

• If the thickness of the plate is half its capacity, then it can be bent on the machine by hammering
• Thicker plates are positioned outside the machine
• Set the plate between top rolls and bottom by manually adjustments of the top roll
• Place the top roll downwards and provide pressure on the plates
• Clock wise turn the main motor until one end of the plate comes over the first bottom roll
• Reverse the motor and get second end on the second bottom
• Continue the process till you get the desired results
