frame

frame is of interlock design. It is strain free and supports the ram against the deflection under permissible load conditions.
drive mechanism
it consists of gear, fly wheel, clutch housing & revolving key. Revolving key clutch linked with gear every time when foot pedal is pressed. Brake is adjustable and is incorporated at the end of the crank shaft.
stroke adjustment
- the stroke adjustment enables the press to meet different operations by adjusting different stroke lengths.
