Medium Duty Lathe Machine

Yash Machine Tools supplies three models of WM series DMTG medium duty lathe machine with different specifications over the technical aspects.

WM01/32S- Model No: CDS 6232A – This model comes with 320mm of maximum swing over and 180mm of swing coverage. Maximum swing gap is 520mm.

WM 01/36S-Model No: CDS 6236A – It is equipped with 360mm of swing over bed and 220 mm of swing over carriage and maximum swing that can be obtained in Gap is 560mm.

WM 01/41S-Model CDS6241A – Comes with 270 mm of swing over bed and 270mm of swing over carriage and swing in Gap is 610mm which is comparatively higher than the other two models mentioned above.
Apart from that, the centre distance, guideway width, spindle nose, spindle bore, tape of spindle bore, module thread range, diameter of tail quill, tape of tail quill remains the same for all the three models of WM series medium duty lathe machines.

We provide full-length splash guard, 3 and 4-jaw chuck, tools, center and center sleeve, oil gun, face plate, fixed center and drive plate as standard accessories. These standard components are available for all the three models of WM series medium duty lathe machine.

Yash Machine Tools supplies medium duty lathes with optional accessories as per the consumer preference. These optional accessories add more safety aspects during operational aspects. Consumers can get the following list of optional accessories which includes,

• Foot Brake – The foot brake provides safety aspects in terms of controlling the spindle speed which will stop instantly and this can be applied during emergency needs.
• Chuck Guard – Prevents the machine from operating if there is any unguarded situation is identified.
• Thread Chasing Dial – It stops the threading in midway and once the dial mark is set in the same position the machining operation will begin from where it stopped.
• Quick Change Tool Post – helps for multiple machining operations in lathes such as turning, facing, boring, turning and facing, etc.
• Tool Post Guard – This optional feature is yet another additional safety aspect in medium duty lathes.
