Isostatic Punch with oil inside working between metal & rubber is used to get a uniform pressing on tiles during their formation stage. Isostatic helps to attain a uniform level on Tiles body as well as uniform density of pressing on every side of the tiles. Our Isostatic punches are made of Carbon steel welded with stelite on edges & coated with High Quality Rubber so they can deliver more than 5,00,000 strokes easily without any trouble and maintain tile-shrinkage and control breakage. So far Futura has built more than 35,000 Isostatic Punches. This punches are available from 200 x 200 up-to 1200 x 2000 mm.
