cockscomb, (Celosia cristata), common garden plant of the amaranth family (Amaranthaceae), Organic Kashmir Mawal Powder is made out of crushed Cockscomb flower powder. Cockscomb is a flower that is used in a variety of cuisines and goes great with meat, poultry, and soup and is also great for garnishing over salads.
