MELTED CHEESE SPREAD

Family Harvest™ melted cheese “Chocolate” contains real cocoa, has a rich taste and aroma and a delicate consistency. Cheese “Chocolate” is made from cow’s milk without adding vegetable fats and contains only good for you milk fats.

Nutritional value per 100 g of the product: fats 20.5 g, proteins 7.9 g, carbohydrates 31.0 g, energy (caloric) value per 100 g of the product: 1,425 kj (340 kcal).

Ingredients (100 g): hard cheeses (normalized pasteurized milk, salt, bacterial cultures of mesophilic, thermophilic lactic acid bacteria, milk-forming enzyme of microbial source). Nutritional supplements: calcium chloride (E 509), potassium nitric acid (E 252), natural color “Annato” (E 160 b) (31 g or 31%), semi-hard cheese (normalized pasteurized milk, salt, bacterial cultures of mesophilic, thermophilic lactic acid bacteria, milk-forming enzyme of microbial origin. Additives: calcium chloride (E 509), potassium nitric acid (E 252), natural color “Annato” (E 160 b) (6.95 g or 6.95%), white crystalline sugar (25.75 g or 25.75%), drinking water, butter, cocoa powder, melting salt (sodium tripolyphosphate sodium) (0.1 g), dry nonfat milk, or dehydrated dry whey. Allergen: milk.

Terms and storage conditions: 75 days at a temp. of -4… 0 °C, 60 days at a temp. of 0… +4 °C. Lot number corresponds to Manufacturing date. Made under food safety system control FSSC 22000:2005 and ISO 9001:2008, GOST 4635:2006. Made in Ukraine.
