We wish to introduce ourselves that we are one of the consultants in the field of fire and safety for over 40 years. We undertake Consultancy – MEP & Fire / 3rd Party Fire Auditing / Designing & Fire Training for all type of buildings / industries /corporate sector in India/abroad towards technical design consultancy. And also we take up liasoning with fire department/GHMC/HMDA and obtain NOC from the Department for proposed buildings.

ELECTRICAL : Internal Electrical Wiring drawing, External HT/LT lines, Street Light drawings, Substation design & Calculation details, Load details, Schematics drawings, site plans, & panel schedules and distribution panels. Preparation of Shop drawings, As-built drawings , technical specification, Estimation and Tender Document.

PLUMBING : Internal Plumbing drawings, External Water Supply drawings, Water sump and OHT drawings and calculation details , External Sewerage lines, Rain water Harvesting design and calculations details , STP Selection & Design as per NBC , IPC and IS Codes. Preparation of Shop drawings, As-built drawings, technical specification, Estimation and Tender Document.

MECHANICAL : Selection Lifts, Capacity & Specification details, Pumps, motors ,Diesel Generators and Pressure loss calculation details for water lines distribution system.

FIRE CONSULTANCY & NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE (NOC) FROM THE DEPARTMENT : Designing of fire Protection system drawings as per NBC, NFPA and Fire service ACT. Preparation of required documents for getting Fire NOC and Co-ordination with Fire Department for obtaining NOC. Preparation of Tender documents, BOQ, technical specification and etc. Co-ordination with GHMC/HMDA for obtaining NOC and finalising the executing contractor if required.

THIRD PARTY FIRE AUDITING : Study of the existing fire Safety installation in the building and its status. Fire load calculation and Emergency Evacuation based on the Means of escape provided to meet the NBC norms Part III in the event of fire. Compliance of Setback norms provided in NBC Part IV of Government of India. Any other value addition to strengthen the Fire & Life Safety and also provide estimation for your planning for implementation.

TRAINING : 

• Conducting Training in for Corporate, Site/Project Managers, we will be glad to visit your locations on request on your standard terms to conduct training and make presentation of the technologies.
• We are regular faculty for the major fire training institutes in the country and few of the clients we are visiting faculty. The details are given below:
• Currently We are doing Govt. of Telangana 2 BHK project located at Kollur Village in 124.07 Acres of Land , 117 Residential towers , each block having S+9 to 11 floors of Total 15660Flats.
• In case of any requirement, you may send us the layout drawing - Site plan , Floor wise plan, Section and elevation, Area Details ,Height of the building.
