The diamond concentration, distribution and exposure are controlled. The result is cooler running, smoother grinding, and longer lasting wheels, allowing for greater productivity.
Based on the material, application and requirements, we can formulate a custom blended matrix for an aggressive faster grinding wheel or a less aggressive wheel that lasts longer and produces a better finish.
