Metal Core PCB

Accurate Circuits & System is offers Metal Core PCB with fine quality for various demands from our customers. In order to stick to the principal of printed circuit board, we offer standard base metal core to help you disperse heat through the components of the board, and at the same time, lower the core temperature of high heat applications effectively. The metal we offer for the base is mainly quality aluminum with HAL finished, and the MCPCB is overall 1.6mm for the thickness.
Metal Core PCB is also known MCPCB, Thermal PCB and these are used a base metal material as the heat spreader portion of the circuit board. 
Metal core PCB’s base metals are used as an alternative to FR4 or CEM3 boards for the ability to dissipate heat away from critical board components and to less crucial areas such as the metal heat sink backing or metallic core. We provide metal core PCB prototype fabrication and Metal Core PCB fabrication quantities for both aluminum core and heavy copper PCBs.
