• very selected, preheated scrap is used to avoid hydrogen entrapment.
• hot top weight is only 5-6%.
• we guarantee low inclusion rating by high and controlled casting.
• refractory wash is avoided as we use good quality refractory.
• temperature controlled teeming is done to achieve best results in ultrasonic.
• hot transfer of ingots to annealing furnace is performed for stress relieving.
• full or partial surface grinding can be done on request.
