• Filter fans Based on some defects of the existing filter fans and the special nature of mineral processing industry, our company designed a new efficient and durable filter fan.
• Smooth surface, well distributed dehydration holes and reasonable porosity, rounded edges of filter fan and ribs, this new filter fans not only improves the dewatering efficiency, but also extend the lifetime of the filter cloth.
• Filter fan head with bevel edge, high strength. The bottom of the filter fan assembled reinforcing ribs, so not easy to damage or breakdown during installation or dis-assembly.
• The angle between ribs and the center line of filter fans is more reasonable, very small fluid resistance. Large effective area of filter fans improving the processing capability of the filter.
• Wall thickness of the new filter fans increased that of 1/3 than traditional filter fans, meanwhile the weight of the filter fan also increased by one-third than traditional filter fans.
