Pa-Ted manufactures custom four-slide metal stampings from many different materials for a variety of industries, for example, automotive, small appliance, hand tool and electrical. As a custom spring manufacturer Pa-Ted uses Basic Steels, Monels, Beryllium Copper, Music Wire, Brass – annealed to spring temper, Phosphorus Bronze, Titanium, Inconel X650 & X750, Nickel Base Alloys, Martinsite and Carbon Steel Strip C1010-C1095 to create custom designed flat springs and stampings.
Metal Stamping manufacturing capabilities:
Strip thickness ranging from .005"(.127mm) - .070"(1.78mm) flat springs, small stampings, Multi-Forms, Four-Slide and Multi-Slide.
