Metal Strip Slitting Machine

This is a precision Slitting machine.

The hardened and ground rollers are housed inside heavy MS Plate fabricated body
with rollers running inside precision roller bearings.

The machine is having three gear type roll lifting arrangement with fine battler thread screw for very fine roll height adjustment.

The rolls are driven through suitable pinion gearbox with universal joints and a worm type gear box for excellent and smooth working.

The machine is equipped with automatic adjustable coiler for precise winding and Decoiler with clutch type brake for tension setting for proper feeding into the rollers.

The coiler has its drive from the main motor and the machine is driven by a suitable HP AC electric motor. The machine is having a front panel electric control panel housing the ONOFF Switch.

Variable speed feature with VFD digital electronic controller with front panel electric control panel with speed regulator, digital display and inching control with EMERGENCY STOP switch is offered as optional attachment.

As per customers requirement machine with or without the Decoiler is also offered.
