Metalized CPP Films

Metalized CPP film is both sides heat sealable with once-side corona treated; metalized film as compared to aluminum foil as barrier film for laminated products has almost the same characteristics of foil and cheaper in price. Used as lamination substrates for chips snack, confectionary products and other packaging materials. The normal thickness range in this grade varies from 20 to 60 microns. It is normally laminated to BOPP or Polyester either plain or printed .

PLASMA METALLISED CPP FILM
Plasma Metalized CPP film laminated/Extrusion coated to Printed or Plain Polyester/BOPP is used for Deep Fried Dry Snacks as it provides better OTR/MVTR properties compared to normal Metalized films.

End Uses : Cakes, Biscuits, Boiled sugar confectionaries, Noodles, Spices etc...
