technical characteristics
ldy metallurgical electric single girder is generally used in ordinary casting room to lift molten steel. The matched metallurgical hoist has double limiting position and double braking, overload limiter and remote controlling etc. Lifting mechanism has two protection of lifting limitation. The first is fire cutoff protection, and the second is controlling cutoff protection. Lifting mechanism is equipped with overload limiter. When the weight exceeds 95% of rated lifting capacity, the limiter signals; when weight reaches 105% of rated lifting capacity, lifting circuit is broken, and lifting contactor releases, and then the motor stops rotating without power.
