Metalworking Fluid

metalworking package is used to formulate soluble oil metalworking fluid concentrates that form stable macro-emulsions when diluted with water (upto 600 ppm hard water) at the manufacturing site, for metal removal, metal forming, and other water-extendable lubricant applications. This product is balanced combinations of emulsifier chemistry designed to control acidity, foam, mist, metal staining, friction, tool breakage, odor, oxidation, corrosion inhibition, and supplemental lubricity to the finished fluid. Basic metalworking fluid concentrates can be created by dilution of the package in the appropriate percentage of Solvent NeutralBase oil.
