Note : In order to assist you selecting your sensor, yuanben co., ltd. Has developed an output & speed curve of GMESS series, by looking at the application extremes of highest speed lowest gap and lowest speed / highest gap. The full variation of sensor output can easily be determined.
Gear Information :

• The MEVS series Sensor can be used in conjunction with gears of various Shapes and sizes example as follows.
• Diameter is 120mm, thick ness is 6mm, tooth width is 3mm, valley width is 3mm, and valley depth is 3mm.
• The material is low carbon steel.

Cable information : A shielded Cable is recommended, for particularly noisy environment or the length of cable is over 1500mm.
Mounting : The speed sensor must be installed so that the mounting axis is perpendicular to the direction of rotation. The flat side of the sensor housing must be parallel to the direction of the gear rotation.
Appliance : The MEVS sensor directly sense rotating ferrous gear type gears such as web speed gears, power transmission gears, conveyor speed and other similar gear-based shaft encoder.
