Micro Molded Components

Moldtech performs custom micro molding of various components with thermoset elastomers. Proprietary injection presses are capable of molding miniature parts as small as 1100th of a gram (or even less). Mold bonding can be performed on various substrates including, but not limited to, Ultem®, nylon, titanium, aluminum, stainless steel, carbon steel, glass and thermoset composite. Capabilities include high, low and prototype production, full scale production and special development.
