    We are offering microingredient dosing system.
    This microdosing system has been conceived in a way to allow dosing of n. 3 microingredients - as requested by the customer - and to grant 8 batches h. The units have a capacity of 100 lt, usually enough to store 50 kg of improver (depending on its specific weight).
    under the units a transferring hopper moves the micro-blend to the dosing hopper, installed on top of the mixers. The transferring hopper is provided with a precision weighing system.
    the system includes also:
    1 hopper for product loading
    2 pneumatic loading group into the 3 units
    3 completely scaled system and sensors in order to monitor exact doses
    4 complete automation with touch screen
    the system is complying to the european atex laws for the prevention of powder explosion.
    units and pneumatic transport handling abrasive product (salt) are built in stainless steel aisi 316.
    This microdosing system has been conceived in a way to allow a two phase process to carry out 15 batches per hour, as requested. In order to reach this dosing result, under the 6 microdosing units has been placed an intermediate weighed hopper. Under the indermediate hopper has been dimensioned a transferring scaled hopper.
    how it works
    the system is dimensioned so that while the 6 units are loaded with product and discharge into the scaled intermediate hopper, the underlying transferring hopper can transport the dosed product into the mixer bowl.
    this two-phase process allows simultaneous dosing and transferring, reducing by half the amount of time needed for reaching the mixer bowl.

    3 completely scaled system in order to monitor exact doses
    4 complete automation with touch screen
    5 final dosing hopper into the mixer bowl
