Middle Pressure Piston Grease Pump

ZD type middle pressure piston grease pump is designed to be satisfied with the requirement of market, and to meet the various grease requirements of the equipments.  ZD type middle pressure grease pump is made on the basis of ZJ type motor- driven piston grease pump, and it gets the lubrication characteristic, and add the vehicle- mounted controller (remote controller for option).and the rated output pressure is 180kgf/cm². The discharge capacity of pumping unit is available for 1.2ml /min、2.4ml/min、4.0ml/min，and it is optional for customer’s requirement. 
 
ZD type middle pressure piston grease pump is with DX mono block progressive distributor or with SD2 modular block progressive distributor to combine with lubrication system. And it can be completed the injected the quantitative grease in the injection time to ensure the equipment’s application. And it extends the life of machinery and equipment to improve the safety performance.  to each lubrication point in a  
 
 
Application and Characteristic
 
1. Application: ZJ type middle-pressure piston grease is applied for heavy-duty truck, forging machine tools, machineries (injection molding machines) and other industries.
2. Characteristic: 
1. Operated by DC12V/24V motor, can be connected with the power of the main equipment.
2. Use Special alloy steel piston mechanism, with high accuracy, stable pressure, low noise and long usage life.
3. With oil scraper, can release the air of the grease through the working of oil scraper.
4. Can offer pressure signal with pressure switch installed on the lubrication system; can offer liquid level signal by level switch, so it can realize long-distance monitor.
5. in the aspect of controller:  a . it can use the controller of the pump to monitor the time of operating and intermittent; b. it can use the new vehicle-mounted controller to control the working time and intermittent time; c. it can also choose the PLC from the main equipment to control the time of operating and intermittent.
6. Two ways of grease pump control: one way is Time-Program control and the other is Time-Travel control.
