Burning coal is a leading cause of smog and toxic air pollution. Coal plants are one among the top sources of carbon dioxide emissions (CO2) causing global warming. We have reduced our carbon footprint by stopping the use of coal in our re-heating furnaces. All our Manufacturing plants have a pollution control unit to ensure the safety of our workers and to play a crucial role in environment safety.
Giving credit to our innovative culture we have discovered a new way to directly charge our billets without using any coal.
We are in the process of setting up and using 1MW solar energy to power our plants. Our vision is to expand to a 5MW solar plant by 2018.
