Drive Motor Speed upto 1500 rpm.
Worm Gear in two different ratios, slow and fast.
Top & Bottom Guide Bushes for Lifting Screw.
Worm Wheel hobbed for optimum blue contact.
Oil or grease lubricated.
Oil Seals for Worm and Worm Wheel.
All 6 Sides machined.
Easy fitting of Motor Flange.
Can be used in Upright or Inverted position.

Materials of Construction :

Worm Shaft Case carburized Steel, hardened and ground thread profile.
Trapezoidal Screw Shaft Cr-Mo Steel, hardened & tempered.
Housing Alloy aluminum for 5 and 10 kN, all higher sizes in SG Iron.
Worm Wheel and travelling nut in Aluminium Bronze.
