Mild Steel ERW Pipes

Some of the regular standards and specification in use that we deal in Mild Steel ERW Pipes are Indian Standards like IS1239, IS3589(Gr. 330 or Gr.410), that are also equivalent to British Standards BS1387, IS4270, German Standards like DIN2440, DIN 2441. Mild Steel ERW Pipes general manufacturing size range from Size ½” (15NB) to 20” (500NB). Mild Steel ERW Pipes are also further processed by immersing the pipes in a hot bath of Zinc to galvanize it and increase the longevity of the pipes and avoid corrosion. Galvanizing for these pipes is carried out generally as per Indian Standards IS4736.

The applications of these Mild Steel ERW Pipes are conveyance of Air, Water, Steam, Gases, Sewage, Water Well, Agriculture and Irrigation, Fire Fighting Systems having approximate pressure of max. 50 Kg/ Square Meter and max. temperature of 160 Degree Celsius.

Mild Steel ERW Pipes also have applications in mechanical, Structural & General Engineering purposes like Hand Railing, Scaffolding, Rollers, Bore-wells etc. confirm to Indian Standards like IS1161, IS3601, IS1979, BS6323, ASTM A53.
