Amey Engineers was formed in 1985 in Dombivili, Maharashtra (India). The company’s initial product offering was a very low maintenance Industrial Centrifuge for Chemical Industry prospering in the Dombivili MIDC area. Centrifuge product line which attracted customers across India was instrumental in early establishment of the company, developing the client trust and establishing “Amey Engineers” as solution providers in the market. The rugged performance of Amey Centrifuge is a delight factor for companies troubled with centrifuge issues.
Flexibility was key in Amey Engineers early development. Our customers frequently came to us with unique problems, which compelled us to concentrate on engineering new solutions rather than off-the-shelf technology. This way a first cutting oil reclaimer (Chip Wringer) system was developed for engineering industry. With in-depth knowledge of centrifuge technology Amey Chip Wringer were instant hit in the market. Amey Engineers have given customized chip wringer system solutions for nearly all leading automotive and engineering firms in India.
The entry of Amey Engineers in the crushers business was a sheer coincidence but now it has turned out to be the most active product division. The old idea that there was one solution for all, just wouldn't work in the market. Our customers needed a choice of options. Following the desire to provide a comprehensive solution Amey Engineers have developed crushers from lab scale to industrial solid waste management scale.
Industrial shredders were a natural development after crusher machines to satisfy specific need of high throughput and high shear power. Amey shredders designed with very high safety (service) factor are the most rugged and reliable shredders available in India. Shredders developed for product destruction are market leader in the FMCG and Pharmaceutical industry.
As the processing needs of Amey Engineers’ customers grew, the demand for shear shredders expanded from temporary use to a need for dedicated systems. To address customers’ changing requirements, Amey Engineers began engineering and manufacturing a full line of rotary shear shredding systems. The manufacturing experience as well as the operations and service expertise gained in the Indian Market positioned Amey Engineers to effectively meet customer needs and develop new market opportunities.
