Milk Boiling Machine, Power : 1 HP

Milk boiling machines or milk boilers are used in commercial kitchens, sweet shops, restaurants and catering businesses. They are operated by either diesel or gas. They are mainly used in boiling milk, white and brown basundi, caramelised milk (basundi), ice-cream industry for making kulfi and ayurvedic medicine.

The inner body is insulated with high quality ceramic blanket with a stainless steel cover. The machine is equipped with a 1 HP motor. The bottom plate is made up of a heavy-duty 20 mm thick MS (mild steel) material. The electric panel controls the speed for various types of milk products.
