    Millet Rawa, popularly, it is called Rawa by Indians. This Millet rawa is a unique combination of three super nutritious millets – Sorghum, Pearl Millet and Finger Millet soaked and roasted for you to quickly use it like any rawa in making Idly, Upma, utappa, Dosa, Pongal, Sheera, Pudding etc
    Upma Recipe :

    1. Step 1 : Roast about 2 cups of Rawa with little ghee till aroma emanates out of it
    2. Seasoning: Take a spoon of vegetable oil/ghee in a pan and heat it. As it gets heated add a pinch of mustard, Cumin, turmeric, Chana dal, curry leaves, dry mirchi.
    3. Value add with vegetables: Add finely chopped onion to the seasoning as they turn their colour to golden brown, add chopped carrot, tomatoes, green peas if you have. Let them all cook for a few minutes. Add about 6 cups of water and let them all come to a boil
    4. Add the roasted Rawa gradually with one hand and slowly stir with another hand, let them all boil and cook well to your satisfaction. Add salt to taste and stir well as it boils.
    5. Take it off the stove and garnish it with Coriander leaves and serve this super nutritious snack/meal.
