These machines are ideally suited for 3-dimensional engraving with provision for adapting them for 2-dimensional work also. These are for die-sinkung jobs like plastic moulding dies, forging dies, coiningdies, etc.
Based on the principal of 3-dimensional pantograph, copying is achieved from master, on reduction ratios provided, MH-36R which has a lighter, more sensitive pantograph than MH-45R, is ideal for extremelyfine detail work.
The machine is built on a robust base combining rigidity with accuracy, keeping in view the easy accessibility of work piece and master.
The sturdy pantograph of MH-45R caters to general purpose engraving and die-sinking involving heavy stock sensitive enough to reproduce delicate and intricate jobs.
The machine has independent movements for the works table and master table with all controls within easy reach. A variety of special attachments are offered with the machine and almost and type od die-sinking work can be done to perfection.
