Whichever Spindle received for refurbishing gets dismantled completely, Ultrasonically cleaned, evaluated for damages, damaged parts gets replaced with new parts, Assembled with high accuracy, Dynamically Balanced & Checked for Vibration Level of each & every refurbished spindles.
So far we have refurbished more then 50,000 nos of Cotton / Spun / Filament / Synthetic / Silk TFO Spindles.
Spindles of any make & any model can be refurbished & put back in production.
