Super Coat-Mirror Back Paint is applicable for the surface protective layer of aluminum or silver coated glass mirror. Functions and Features Super Coat-Mirror Back Paint dries quickly, with good compactness, strong adhesion, excellent performance and wear resistance. Technical Specifications Item Index Fineness (um) ≤ 25 Viscosity(Tu-4cup) sec 80-100 Adhesion (Cross cut 1mm) grade ≤ 1 Hardness of pencil ≥ HB Solid content % ≥ 65 Coverage, approx. sq. feet/drum 5500 - 6000 Colours Sky Blue, Grey, Orange, any other Packing liter 20 Application -Requirements - Method: Curtain Coating, Roller Painting, Brushing and Spraying. - Viscosity: 30±5 s (TU-4 cups)/ 23±1℃; or adjust viscosity according to the factory’s production equipment, environment and condition. - Drying condition: self dry 24 hours at room temperature. - Paint film thickness: when paint 1 times, dry film thickness: 25-30um -Attentions - Before using the paint, stirring it well first - Use Xylene, Dimethylbenzene, Petrol or MTO to dilute the paint and adjust the viscosity. - In the leaching paint tank, use 180 sieve meshes filter. -Important - Dimethylbenzene should have no impurities and water. - Baking temperature should be proper. Good curing guarantees the good chemical protection, oxidative stability, adhesion and useful life. - Thickness of curtain coating should be proper. - Leaching paint tank should be cleaned properly when replacing the paint. Storage and Transport The shelf life of the Super Coat-Mirror Back Paint is 12 months, to be stored in a rain-proof, sun-protective, dry and ventilated place and transport according to the regulation on flammable chemicals.
