MMCI Turbine Flow Meters

These rugged Flow Meters have only one moving part, the rotor, or propeller. As the product flows through the meter, the rotor spins. A magnetic pickup is positioned outside the meter body to sense the edges of the rotor as it spins.
A K-factor, or pulses per unit, is established for each Turbine Meter at the factory. Turbine Meters can be very accurate. With proper installation and repeatable process variables, maintaining accuracy's of 0.5% is possible. There are no seats or seals to leak and these Turbine Meters will out perform any mechanical meter on the market. Together with MMCI's EZ Batch II process controller and our stainless steel angle seat valve, you are assured a reliable and accurate system at a great value.
