Body of compactor is made of prime quality CRCA steel sheet. All parts are Powder coated. The thickness of powder coating is within-60-80 Microns.

shelf
Each Body having four adjustable shelves which can be adjusted every 40mm in height. The loading Capacity per shelf is 75 Kilogram.

base
Base is made of prime quality CRCA Press Formed Steel Section. All parts are Powder coated. The thickness of powder coating is within-60-80 Microns.

Every Mobile Unit is equipped with 4 / 6 Units of 100mm Diameter Solid Steel Wheels. Each wheel comes with 2 unit of ball bearing. The advantage of design are less Noise emission, less wear & tear on the track surfaces and less physical efforts required for moving along the track.

moving mechanism

anti-topple arrangement

rubber stud
The rubber stud is used to minimize noise emission and prevent scratches when the respective bays are closed or moved.

Provided with central locking system for security feature to allow Confidential Storage.

Complete Knock Down (CKD) packing is provided that is convenient to carry and minimizes damages and maximizes container space.
