Mobile Concrete Plant SUMAB K-20

Mobile mortar-concrete unit (RBU) SUMAB K-20 is designed for the production of high-quality concrete and concrete mixtures. RBU is mounted on a container frame and can be transported in a 40' open top container.

- Theoretical capacity 25-30 m3 per hour (depending on the concrete produced);

- Has 4 bunkers of inert materials 2.4 m3 each, with the possibility of increasing;

- Pan-mixer;

- Automatically opening gate of ready concrete supply;

- Galvanized water tank with built-in pump;

Additionally, cement supply auger, conveyor and cement silo can be supplied.

The RBU is equipped with a comfortable control cabin and an automatic plant control system. The modern Siemens computer system makes it possible to produce more than 100 recipes and grades of concrete.

Our concrete plants can be paired with a SUMAB concrete block making machine, which will make it possible to produce various types of small-piece concrete products, and will achieve maximum work efficiency and production automation.

An additional option is the possibility of producing cold asphalt.
