Six-Sigma:
InProcess-LSP endorses the use of Six-Sigma principles for most projects. We are experienced in applying the six sigma models for process improvement and process design. Common for both approaches is the transparency in translating objectives into desired and measurable results. InProcess-LSP is experienced in applying typical related tools like DoE, Pugh Matrix, QFD, Risk Analysis, FMEA, Process Capability and (Monte Carlo) Simulation.
Project structure and management:
After a free of charge intake with InProcess-LSP desired next steps can be identified. For larger projects we propose to phase the project according to clear milestones in order to manage and control the project with respect to costs and outcome.
