Modular Cone Crushers

Trio® MC Series Modular Cone Crushers can be used as standalone secondary and tertiary comminution stations equipped with motors, drives and guards. All Trio® cone crushers incorporate reliable user friendly features including a threaded bowl with hydraulic gear drive allowing precision adjustment. A fully integrated hydraulic console provides push button control for clamping, adjustment and tramp relief. Trio® self-contained lubrication skid utilizes climate controlled oil and an integrated PLC with automatic shutdown sensors for out of tolerance conditions. Precision machined bronze bushings with additional oil porting provide superior load carrying ability in harsh environments. Our spiral cut bevel gear set uses induction hardened gears and carburized pinions to ensure smooth, efficient horsepower transmission. The cast high strength alloy & fabricated mainframes are heat treated and stress relieved.
