Contact SupplierConstruction: The sides, top and back of every locker cabinet is made of 5mm (0.19”) thick plates. The bottom,horizontal and vertical partitions of locker cabinets are made of 2mm (0.08”) M.S. plates reinforced in front with10mm (0.39”) thick steel flats. The bottom is further strengthened with 5mm rolled steel angle sections forming astrong welded box structure. The doors are of 10mm (0.39”) thick steel plates, hung on 16mm (0.62”) square solidhinges. The hinges are of interlocking type which provide pillar like support to the doors. Hence, the hingesthemselves act as dog bolts. The doors and hinges are superimposed with anodized aluminum fronts to give anattractive appearance which requires no maintenance. Stainless steel fronts can also be provided at extra costs.Locking Device: The locks are made of best grade material and the levers are provided with phosphor bronzesprings. Each lock is composed of two independent locking units activated by stainless steel keys. The left-handunit called the renter's unit, can only be unlocked after the custodian has inserted and operated his key in the righthand unit. Also, as soon as the renter has locked his unit (without which he would not be able to disengage hiskeys), he automatically locks the custodian's unit. The custodian's presence, therefore, is only necessary wheneverthe locker cabinet needs to be opened.Additional Renter's Lock: Provision for fitting renter's own padlocks can also be made provided the requirement ismade known at the time of placing the order. Provision for retro-fitting an additional renter’s built-in-lock isoptional at extra cost.Finish: All parts of the cabinet are subjected to a thorough anti-rust treatment, before being applied with a coat ofPolyurethane Paint (PU).
