Tempered alloy aluminum tongue-and-groove closures are radius formed and installed with high-pressure crimping machinery. Engineered closure extrusions contain teeth that bite into plastic, making case shell and aluminum extrusion integral.
Case shells are molded from indestructible high-molecular-weight high-density polyethylene, or impact resistant ABS plastics.
All Bragley molded cases feature locking draw latches, steel piano hinges. Positive locking metal lid stays, and handsome molded carrying handles. As with all Bragley case products, custom foam cushioned inserts are installed and created for your specific needs.
