Our custom molding capabilities include Compression Molding, Transfer Molding, Rubber Injection Molding, and Silicone Liquid Injection Molding (LIM). We commonly mold products using silicone, fluorosilicone, and FDA (food grade) silicone compounds which are available in color options redorange, black, gray, blue, white, and translucent with custom color compounding available upon request. Silicone rubber molding tolerances are compliant with rubber molding industry standard RMA A2 Precision tolerances.
