Molecular sieve is a cat – ion a type crystal structure which contains potassium ion in larger quantities than sodium ion, which allows adsorption depending upon molecular size. Widely used for dehydration and moisture absorption process in liquid phase or vapor phase, our molecular sieve is highly efficient.

Type
type a : sodium aluminosilicate is the base meterial, having a pore diameter of 4a and corresponding to the 4a molecular sieve. The replacement of sodium cations by calcium cations provides a pore diameter of 5a, corresponding to the 5a molecular sieve. Similarly, a diameter of 3a corresponds to the 3a molecular sieve and is obtained by replacing sodium with potassium cations type x : sodium aluminosilicate is built up different to type a providing approximately a 10adiameter, corresponding to the 13x molecular sieve. The replacement of sodium cations with calcium ones provides the 10x molecular sieves.type y : type y has the same crystal structure as that of type x, but it has a different chemical composition and is used essentially in the catalysis field
