NO 2.4375 contain Titanium 0.35-0.85%, Manganese 1.5% max, Nickel 63.0-70.0%, Silicon 0.50% max, Carbon 0.25% max, Aluminium 2.30-3.15% which is commonly used in various daily applications such as Sour-gas service applications, Oil and gas production safety lifts and valves, Oil-well tools and instruments like drill collars, Oil well industry, Doctor blades and scrapers, Chains, cables, springs, valve trim, fasteners for marine service, Pump shafts and impellers in marine service. Monel Alloy K500 in the annealed condition can be strengthened further by relatively low temperature heat treatment. Monel Alloy K500 bars are available in ASTM A276, ASTM A479, ASTM A484, ASTM A582, ASTM A473 specifications.
