Contact SupplierThese are Mung Daal ki Vadi with Ginger.
There are no added preservatives or other stabilising agents. Just plain Daal batter with spices ground with it.
The other ingredients added are sea/sendha salt and about 2% mustard oil by weight.
The Vadi though is dried in the Sun, to avoid dust etc., I dry them indoors.
The shelf life is 3 months. Everything is done by hand with normal mixer grinder and hand beaters. Hygiene is maintained and is a priority.
