Udit-50 Mortar is a highly refractory Mortar capable to withstand temperatures up to 1650˚C and is marketed in powder form in new HDPE bags (with liner). It also possesses air-setting properties. Udit-50 Mortar is manufactured from finely ground plastic refractory clays blended with very high Alumina refractory material and special chemicals. It contains at least 45% Alumina.Apart from good heat resisting property, it also has good bonding strength. On heat application during firing Udit-50 mortar coalesces with the brick surfaces in the joints and becomes very firm.Tailor made composition can be made on specific request to any specification.
