Mortuary Chamber

Construction : The chamber will be constructed of cold rolled mild steel outer wall with powder coat finish or fully stainless steel. The inner chamber made of 304 Grade stainless steel sheets to avoid any corrosion. Inner and the outer wall will be insulated with High grade glass wool to maintain low temperature.
Individual cabinet type drawers with proper balancing will be provided .Each cabinet can be drawn separately as required .The drawers will be provided with roller mechanism for smooth movement and provided with locking arrangement. The base of the cabinet drawer (stretcher) will also be made of stainless steel of 304 grades.
Door : The door will also be insulated with leak proof gasket along the edges and mounted on heavy duty handle and locking arrangement.
Specially designed evaporated coil with forced air circulation fan assembly will be provided for faster cooling and maintain uniform temperature inside the chamber.
Cooling System : The cooling of the chamber will be performed by means of hermetically sealed cooling compressors and cfc free.
Temp. Controller: The temperature control is by digital temperature indicating controller working in conjunction with PT 100 sensor.
Control panel: The control panel accommodates the Digital temperature controller, main MCB switch, fuse, indicating lamps.
Capacity : 3 & 6 Bodies model is available.

Temperature : 4^oc for short terms storage and -10^oc for long terms storage.
